Our little man finally turned 1!! What an incredible year it has been!! We were so fortunate to have a healthy, happy little man and to survive the first year as parents, haha!! We were even more blessed to have Brad come home just a few weeks before Preston turned 1. We had a big Mustache Bash honoring Preston and all the men returning safely home from deployment. We had Preston's birthday party at our house, on a cold, rainy Saturday afternoon. We had about 12 families at our house making that around 24 adults and 15 kids! It was crazy but so glad we have an amazing military family to celebrate to our little man. Below is all the fun birthday photos!! :) Hope you enjoy!
The party was a mustache theme and everything was tied into silly phrases involving mustaches. I even had stick on mustaches at the entry way table when guests entered! We all had a blast. I included pics of the different snacks that we had and their place cards!

We had prepared a game, Stick the Stache on the Man. The kids were blindfolded and had to stick the mustache correctly on the man's face! It was hysterical watching the kiddos!
It was finally time for Birthday cake!! We prepared little man for the mess to come!
Preston didn't know what to think about his birthday cake at first, but once he got a small sample, he dove right in!! There was no holding back. :)
Preston had more fun climbing on his toys then opening the presents. He looks like he is going to be a mess here pretty soon!
We had a fantastic time celebrating Preston's 1st birthday party. Again, we are blessed to be surrounded by amazing military friends who have become our family!! We are looking forward to Spring time here and hoping the weather warms up so we can take P outside. We are planning many travels this summer and enjoying time back as a family again.
