Preston is 11 months! :)

Can't believe our little man is almost a year old!! The last blog before he is officially 1!! They don't lie when they say time flies bye! Little man has started WALKING!! We are so proud of him.  He decided to start the New Year off with a bang and took off, literally took off!! Not 1 or 2 steps, but all over the place.  He walked all around the living room and kitchen.  He was so proud of himself.  Sadly, daddy missed his first steps, but I have caught plenty on video!! Nana and grandpa were there to be key witnesses!! We enjoyed being back in the states for the holidays and spending time with family and friends; but we missed daddy a lot.  I took full advantage of everything the states had to offer and lived it up on the fast food, including Chick-fil-A!! It was delicious!!

We joined Gymboree for the month and had a blast going to music class and climbing on all the equipment!! He has become quite the busy man with his new walking skills.  He loves to clap for himself and is working on waving bye-bye. He continues to mumble a lot and I think I have heard him say 'mama' a time or two!!  He still loves riding in his stroller and we had some beautiful days in Oklahoma to take a stroller ride and give the dogs a walk!! Preston continues to eat well and doesn't turn much food away. He continues to grow nicely and I can't wait to see how much he weighs at his 1 year old appointment!!

We are now officially back in Germany and getting settled back into our routine.I have gone back to work and little man is enjoying time playing with all his new toys from Christmas.  We are in the final countdown of daddy coming home and couldn't be more excited!! So, he wasn't quite fond of the big ol jolly fella, but at least we tried!!

We were so happy to see our big brother, Slade!! We missed him.  He was his guard dog during bath time!! No one can pass go!!

Best Santa picture last! We were so fortunate to go to our friend Charlie's sister's house to have a night with Santa!! Charlie is a professional photographer and captured an amazing photo of our sweet little man! Just wish he would have smiled!!
