As we approach the final days of the little man's arrival, I feel like we have everything ready to go. All bedding, clothes, burp clothes, and accessories have been washed and placed in his little nightstand. We have our bags packed and ready to go to the hospital at a moment's notice!! It's the waiting that is the hardest part now. I am going to the doctor weekly now for checks and monitoring. This past week I got to have accupuncture during my monitor session. They believe it is suppose to help induce labor. I am up for anything at this point. Sleeping has become extremely difficult and I find myself awake at odd times during the night for no reason. Mom has gotten use to receiving regular text messages from me in the middle of the night! I am ready to text her with baby reports not discomforts of sleeping, lol!!
His nursery was the last piece of the puzzle and it is now officially complete. It was quite the process of painting, furniture assembling, and getting his bedding shipped overseas, but it is now ready to go for his arrival!! Brad did an excellent job of helping me make his room perfect!!! We cannot wait to meet Preston and constantly find ourselves discussing what he may look like. We are taking votes whether he is going to be a blond or brunette.... Any thoughts?? Hope you guys enjoy the photos!!!
I got to do the honorary initial paint!! |
I had his bedding and curtains made by a fabulous lady in Moore, her company's name is Leah Ashley!! She does wonderful work!! |
Can't wait for the next blog post where e can post pictures of little man and introduce him to all our friends and family!! Please pray for a safe and healthy delivery for Mom and baby!!!
How exciting! The room looks so adorable! One of my OK friends used Leah Ashley and raved about her products.
